Released in 2012 and produced by Chris Goldsmith, Over With You was recorded in Los Angeles in three studio days at Sheldon Gomberg's place.
Its title song was written during a 7 month split between my girlfriend, Diane, and I. 
Other songs address other specific topics--many of them romantic situations. 
"Sugarcane Plum Fairy" imagines an uncomfortable return to the world of my earlier song, "Goin' Down To Laurel". 
"Don't Look Down, Pollyanna" is a focus on one person's struggles following the 2008 financial collapse.
Over With You is primarily an acoustic album with very upfront vocals (recorded live) and little use of electric guitar, although Ben Harper did guest on two songs.
